Effort to surround myself with positivity.
I have experienced my fair share of sadness in life , after my mother passed away.
But the good news is that it is possible to find happiness again, even after the most difficult of times.
This meant making time playing with my grandchildren and engaging in activities that brought me joy.
Another thing that helped me find happiness was to focus on gratitude.
I started a daily gratitude journal, where I would write down three things I was thankful for each day.
I realize that I couldn't change what had happened in the past, but I could control how I chose to moving forward.
By embracing the present moment and looking towards the future with optimism, I found that my outlook on life became much brighter.
